Female bonding

It has been a wonderful weekend spent with girlfriends - something I rarely if ever do. My personal preference usually runs towards hanging out with male friends more than female and when I do hang out with women it's usually just a friend, maybe two.

Yesterday afternoon was playing dressup with an assortment of 10 other women while we drank tea and ate delicious food in the shade. It was an absolute blast. I highly recommend Madame Yaya to anyone who has an interest in a delightful tea party.

Late afternoon five of us retired back to my house with an assortment of chocolate, munchies, cheesecake and drinks in the cool air conditioned house. We watched movies, talked at great length and played with a variety of lotions and potions. I honestly cannot remember the last time I did something like this - maybe in high school. Maybe.

Btw - did you know there was such a thing as I Rub My Duckie? *Grins*
